Hi,

thanks for your comments on my "going round" wallpaper :-)
You asked how i made the circle glow....
well i made the black cirle in a new layer, then click with your right mouse button on this layer and a window will appear.
in this window you can choose several options like, outer glow, emboss etcetc. I used the innerglow for the circle and then instead of the white glow i changed it into a red glow.
